1. Program Description
INFOTECH NORTHSTAR provides SMS notifications to employees of participating client companies regarding:

Shift availability
Work opportunities
Scheduling updates
Assignment notifications
This messaging program is strictly informational.

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on shift availability, assignment status, and client company ranking and scheduling policies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on operational needs.

3. Opt-In
Enrollment occurs through a voluntary employee profile portal. Users must affirmatively check a consent checkbox before receiving SMS notifications. Users can access the opt-in checkbox via their user profile from the Overtime Callout web application under the Savannah River (srs.gov) network.

Users may also re-enroll or opt-in by sending START from their linked account phone number (either their work/government assigned cell phone, or a personal phone added to their Overtime Callout profile) to the campaign phone number.

4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you reply START to re-subscribe.
